The canonical visit of Sr Lucy Jacob to the Pakistan Province along with Sr Beatrice Tshilemba was an occasion of profound joy and gratitude for all our sisters. Their presence among us was a source of encouragement and renewed strength.

This Canonical Visit, received in faith, marks a significant moment in the history of our SCJM life. We cherish it deeply. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Sr Lucy Jacob for entering into our lived experiences and enlightening each of us, inspiring a greater commitment and dedicated endeavour to serve God in humble service. Her guidance strengthened the province and rekindled our zeal for mission.

Despite the intense heat, Sr Lucy Jacob admirably shared herself with tireless generosity—listening, accompanying, and attending to every sister with patience and care. She visited each community, overcoming long distances, and devoted her valuable time to every sister with genuine care and concern. During her visit, she offered attentive support, ensuring that each sister felt accompanied and encouraged.

All areas of SCJM life, services, and mission were thoughtfully evaluated. The sisters received clear and timely guidance from Sr Lucy, enabling them to continue living our Charism with fervour, joyful simplicity, and faithfulness within the present context. Her visit proved truly fruitful and life-giving for the province.
