
The sisters participated in the Triduum whole-heartedly which started on 21th June. Triduum Prayer was led by three different sisters all three days creatively. We are grateful to the Generalate leadership team for the well-prepared, inspiring and meaningful prayer. It helped us to reflect and prepare ourselves to celebrate our Founder’s Day.
On 24th June, all our communities celebrated Holy Mass with the students, co-workers and stakeholders. We shared our mission and vision with them. Nirmala College community organized a cultural evening on 25th of June.
The life of Venerable Fr. Peter Joseph Triest was enacted by the junior sisters. We are happy to share some images with you all that were captured on this auspicious occasion.

















The prayer service ’Te Deum Liturgy’, offered deep and effective reflection on the life and mission of our Founder. His inspiring example redirected our lives and strengthened our SCJM identity and zeal.
The Holy Mass was celebrated with the Associates and parishioners on the morning of 24th June, in gratitude for our Founder’s life.
In some communities Eucharistic Adoration was offered. A special hour of Eucharistic Adoration was held, where the community united in prayer, thanksgiving and intercession through the Founder’s example. We prayed for the well-being of our congregation.
Founder’s Day, 24th June is celebrated with great joy in every community. A spirit uplifting morning liturgy on the theme of ‘Go and Do likewise’, set the tone for the day. All communities celebrated the Holy Mass dedicated to Father Triest and the SCJM congregation.
The Annual Almsgiving tradition is performed in each community on Founder’s Day when food is distributed to labourers, needy families and Associates in memory of Venerable Fr. Triest’s love for the poor.
Great fellowship with our Brothers of Charity is observed particularly in Peshawar and Lahore. Sweets were shared in Peshawar, Pindi, Hafizabad and Kasur while the Lahore and Gujranwala communities shared a meal with all who joined for evening prayers.
At the close of the day, we felt renewed in our commitment, strengthened in our ‘Cor Unam’, as our leaders, Sister Lucy Jacob and Sister Beatrice shared our celebration.
